RETURN POLICY
In the event your order is damaged upon receipt, it will be replaced with an identical product or one of equal value, in the case of one of a kind items. All return shipping cost will be paid by WineBarrels4You.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from receipt for a refund minus all shipping cost, plus a 20% restocking fee. Refund will only be issued once the product is received in original condition. WineBarrels4You must be contacted prior to returning your product, otherwise credit will not be issued. A return authorization must be obtained before shipping the product. If the RA does not accompany the product, the customer will not receive credit for the return.
