This is the place that makes it all happen.  At the far left is the 286 Toshiba 1600/40 that runs the CE/HB232 software on the Left channel. The left side is for Fire only. This is where you will hear many of the incidents dispatched from. The Laptop in the middle is a 486 machine that barely handles the Scan*Star software that controls the  OS456. this is the right channel and pretty much everything else including all police agencies local to this area (Federal-State -County-and Cities), Meds, and Border Patrol. During major weather incidents or multi-agency situations many othe freqs are added as well as all the fire freqs on the right channel. the PC screen to the left is part of the computer that controls the REAL AUDIO server. To the right of that you see the the two scanners. [Left to right] the 1st is the HB232 with an analog s-meter on top. The second one is the OS456 2006.
