Doug Troester sent in a file with nine Juicer^tm upgrades, that can improve upon existing bonuses and abilities. These might come in handy if you GMs want a variation on the Juicer without using the O.C.C.s found in the Juicer Uprising^tm book. I've also added four special upgrades that give the hyperactive soldiers paranormal abilities.

New/Improved Super Soldier Options (27k) - These might be useful for GM's and players who want to make a better experimental soldier from what is presented in Heroes Unlimited^tm 2nd Edition.

New Enhancements - A file full of new M.O.M. technology and several new bionic systems.
