Looks like someone is using these Rio Grande structures 9/19/97.
 

The tank at Sargents is rapidly deteriorating.  Most of the bands are migrating down to the bottom of the tank.  I recently talked to a man who had help rebuild this tank many years ago while earning money for college.  This photo was taken 9/17/97.
