"We really have enjoyed our stay in Minneapolis, the area where we are living, and especially the house!

It's a wonderful house with a brand new kitchen. The rest of the house is very tastefully renovated and practically arranged. What you don't see from the outside is the lower part of the house. In there, nicely renovated, is a huge family room, two guest rooms, a bathroom and the washer and dryer. It offers a lot of space for kids to play around.

The area as such is beautiful and offers a lot of opportunities for outdoor life. There is the creek with walking trails along the sides. It is only a 15 - 20 min. walk down to Lake Harriet. In the winter time you just put on your cross-country skis outside of the house and off you go!

And last - we don't think it is possible to find better neighbors or landlords than Greg and Doris! Without having to ask, they provide extra help and support! During the summertime, Doris regularly brings home new flowers and bulbs to plant in "our" garden! During the winter, we have several times been awaken on heavy snow days by Greg's snow blower and found our pathways cleared of snow.

We feel honored to have had the opportunity to live beside Greg and Doris and having stayed in their wonderful house on 806 W Minnehaha parkway."
