Pricing and Terms
 

Terms and conditions and service packages can be adjusted or developed to meet your specific needs. We are committed to providing an excellent housing experience!

The starting assumptions for the package, beginning November 1, 2001 are:

Lease:

  • Option and pricing packages:
  • Complete package - $2,750 per month,  with all furnishings provided and utilities prepaid
  • Basic option -  $2,200,  Unfurnished, all utilities paid by the Residents themselves
  • Furnishings option - add $400 per month to Basic Option to have all furnishings provided
  • Utilities option - avoid having to deal with utility providers - all utilities provided for $200 per month
  • One-year lease preferred, monthly extensions available thereafter

  • Includes:

    All furnishings (if option selected):

  • Furniture - all rooms
  • Framed artwork - large selection to choose from
  • Appliances
  • Dishes, cookware, silverware
  • Serving dishes, vases, decorative items
  • Towels, bedding
  • Television, stereo, kitchen CD player/radio

    All utilities paid (if option selected):

  • Local telephone
  • Unlimited-use Internet on high-speed 256K "always-connected" DSL, with Qwest.net internet service provided
  • Natural Gas for heating and cooking
  • Electricity
  • Water, sewer, trash & recycling collection
  • Cable TV with basic + extended channels
  • Property taxes, city fees

    Routine maintenance & repair provided for all options, including

  • Storm window/screen handling
  • Lawn mowing
  • Major snow removal (greater than 4" snowfall)

  •  

     

    NOT Included in the stated lease price:

  • Long distance telephone service
  • Premium Cable channels

  •  

     

    Resident obligations:

  • Regular cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming
  • Lawn raking, routine weeding and cleanup
  • Minor snow removal (less than 4" snowfalls)
  • Resident-desired annual plants and vegtables

  •  

     

    Pets:

  • Generally discouraged, but possible if conditions are met
  • Subject to extra damage deposit, with resident liable for repair costs of any significant pet damage to the facility or furnishings
  • Must be neutered and fully housebroken

    Resident credit and employment verification is required
