The home page of Joe Barta, who has written some of the most direct and clear tutors available on the subject of programming HTML, JAVA, CSS, DHTML, and much more. Definitely the place to start if you want to learn some web programming. He also has links to 2 shareware versions of Paint Shop Pro. The versions are 3 and 4, and while dated, they are not crippled in any way and they are still some excellent programs. If you don't want to pay for the WebTutor information, you can download the free WebTutor Version 3.9 here. Irfanview. This is a really cool program that can handle just about any graphic format you will encounter. It can convert to and from any of the formats.http://www.photofiltre.com/

You can find a couple of decent free programs here. The first is the Coffee Cup Free DHTML Menu Builder. This program will do the coding for you to build some fairly nice menus. The second program is the Coffee Cup Free FTP program.
