This page was started a while back because there was no place to find information on Cedar Rapids without going to a search engine and enduring long lists of endless nothing. At the time, the Convention Bureau site had little content as well as others that claimed to promote Cedar Rapids/Linn County. Well, I am glad to announce that CR has finally come to grips with the information age and now has some pretty darned good sites. Among them is the Convention Bureau, KGAN's HelloIowa, and others.
This site has gone from 75 or so links to well over 350 and growing all the time. I continue to receive countless e-mails on where to find this or that. This has been a labor intense site to maintain but will continue, since it seems to get hits from all over Iowa, the U.S. and the world. There is a lot of information contained on the following pages. Many of the links are excellent sources of information. I hope you find what you are looking for, but if not there are also links to search engines with content specifically intended to help you with Cedar Rapids searches. There is also a guestbook at the end of this page for comments and suggestions.
