Murphy’s Corner Bed and Breakfast is open year round.

Reservations are required. This way we can insure that guests receive the service and accommodations they expect. No surprises. Please call between 9 AM and 9 PM.

Room Rates:	Charlotte’s Irises $75.00 Ruth’s Tulips $85.00 *Please note that sales tax adds 13.5%. *Full prepayment or a verifiable credit card confirms your room reservation.
Cancellation Policy:	Cancellations with less than 7 days notice are refunded only if the room is booked by another guest.
Check In and Check Out:	Check in time: 3:00 - 7:00 PM Check out time: 11:00 AM (unless prior arrangements are made)
Smoking:	In consideration of our other guests, we must insist smoking be limited to the front porch only.
Children and Pets:	Sorry, we cannot accommodate children or pets at this time. Murphy is an 11 year old Border Collie who doesn’t like to share the spotlight. She does, however, love to play Frisbee.
