In June 1999 I purchased
the Instructors Package through DACOR rep Charles
Marks. At the time of payment I specified which optional equipment
I wanted. It has been over 7 months and I have only received one
of the three items I purchased. I have been lied to about the status
of my order and refused account information concerning my purchase and
order. Status of equipment as of 1/5/00:

I received the Vipertech
Octo & Reg which is correct.

I received a used
Rig 2 BC, which was crusty and scratched up- It came with
no warranty papers and I am assuming it was a demo.

I received a used
Sportster computer instead of the Equanox I ordered. The Sportster
came with no accessories and dives already logged on it! I
was told by the rep that the computer was new and later that he would not
be senting me the one I bought.

I have been hung up on and told to "deal" with the equipment I received!
I have contacted DACOR which continues to give me the run around.
I am asking for the equipment I paid for. Apparently DACOR is not
willing to back up their products or agreements.
We
are currently filing suit against DACOR.

would advise anyone considering
dealing
with DACOR reps
to reconsider
and
use another company!!!!!!
