Contract Water Vending Stores

Since it is not feasible for Pure Water Plus Systems, Inc. to have corporate owned water vending stores in a distant area, we will avail these water stores to the general consumer public through "Contract Outlets."  Contract Stores will receive benefits of buying internal equipment at reduced prices and take advantage of volume purchasing of containers and other support equipment by being part of a large system.  The buildings will be constructed in Billings, Montana.  All equipment will be mounted to the floor and the building will be transported to the contract location.  Upon arrival, the building will be skirted, hooked up to sewer, water and electricity and the contract owner need only turn the key on the lock to be in business.  As stated above, each contract location will also have the ability to become a purification equipment and related products dealer in his/her water store territory.  Protection will be given each PURE WATER PLUS WATER KIOSK owner against any Pure Water Plus operation within a reasonable geographic area.

Corporate personnel from Pure Water Plus Systems, Inc. will train the store owner and its' employees on the proper maintenance of the building and equipment, products carried and marketing procedures - resulting in a profitable start-up and continued operation of the water store.  Corporate manuals outlining the every day operations will be made available to the water store owner at the time the Contract Service Agreement is signed to enlighten him/her and employees of the store operations and procedures.

The floor, ceiling and walls have been well insulated to protect against any inclimate weather.  The building is built on skids to allow easy transportation.  Upon installation, this area will be skirted to minimize the flow of cold air underneath the building floor area.  It should also be noted that the building was designed as an "all purpose" type building that can easily be converted into a real estate office, insurance office or similar small business.  All material s are of the highest available and include:

1.    Metal Roof - Fully insulated
2.    Steel Siding for minimum maintenance
3.    (2) - 4.0 heavy duty commercial doors
4.    Internal walls of marlite
5.    Plumbed for source water and drain output
6.    White Cathedral Ceiling
7.    Main electrical service panel and hook-up
8.    (3) - Internal Ceiling light fixtures
9.    (1) forced air heater element
10.    Electrical outlets per code
11.    Internal wiring complete
12.    All floors and wall insulated and weather proofed
13.    Metal soffit and fascia
14.    Installation of all interior water purification equipment.
