The 12-Step Purification Process

Pre Filtration, Reverse Osmosis, Storage Tank

Your all new "PURE WATER PLUS PWP 1800 PURIFICATION SYSTEM" consists of the highest quality components for water purification available mounted on a custom deisgned skid for easy installation and maintenance.  The PWP1800 system will produce 1,800 gallons of the highest quality purified water product per day.  PWP1800 systems are especially designed for tap water or brackish water applications, where high quality pure water is required, such as in water stores (your "Pure Water Plus Vending System), mini bottling plants, medical homodialysis use, food processing, industrial use, etc.  The equipment is pre assembled, pre plumbed and pretested at the factory in order to offer the end user a trouble free water treatment state of the art package with pre filtration, Reverse Osmosis technology, and post filtration that allows fully automatic operations.  Only four connections are required when installing in the free standing Pure Water Plus Kiosk building.  The PWP1800 customized purification system is a twelve (12) step procedure for pretreatment, RO, 
post treatment and distribution as follows:

  1. Polished stainless steel granular activated carbon (GAC) pre filtration. Includes fully automatic backwash capabilities.  The pretreatment stage will remove chlorine, chloramines and other contaminates from the feed water source. 
  2. Unique twin/dual tank polished stainless steel water conditioning pre filtration system.  Capable of delivering continuous uninterrupted soft water by removing hardness from the feed water.
  3. Included with Step #2
  4. Heavy duty lab grade 20 micron sediment particle pre filter. 
  5. Heavy duty lab grade 5 micron sediment particle pre filter.
  6. Corrosion resistant & efficient high pressure RO pump.
  7. High rejection thin film composite FDA approved reverse osmosis membranes. 
  8. Product water storage tank(s), FDA approved approved polyethylene.  Size and number of tanks depends on the projects (optional). 
  9. Repressurization/Distribution system, includes non corrosive high impact fiberglass pressurized tank and stainless steel heavy duty continuous use RP booster pump to deliver constant pressure to the point of use. 
  10. High flow durable carbon block and sub micron post filtration to improve product taste/odor and eliminate any small particles. 
  11. Included with Step #10
  12. A durable high flow quartz, stainless steel ultraviolet sterilization post treatment system, with pilot indicator light.  To eliminate up to 99.9% of bacteria before the point of use.

IN SUMMARY - REVERSE OSMOSIS allows a living cell to select only the correct minerals needed to sustain existence while rejecting those minerals which would be harmful.  The PWP1800 reverse osmosis system works much the same way.   It uses a special semi permeable TFC membrane filter. TFC, or Thin Film Composite filters reject a higher percentage of dissolved solids, including sodium, the smallest of molecules.  The unit changes normal tap water into high quality drinking water.  It is important to note that NO CHEMICALS ARE USED ANYWHERE IN THE PROCESS.
