EMERGENCY ACQUISITIONS

  LEAGUE RULES  
   1. All team owners shall assemble at an appointed
       place and time to conduct the annual fantasy draft.
   2. The draft order shall be randomly determined, and
       the order shall be reversed on the even numbered
       rounds.
   3. The 15 player team rosters shall be limited to:
           Defense : 2 selections
           Kicker  : 2 selections
           Q-Backs : 2 selections
   4. Each owner shall submit a starting line-up(via the League Home page)
       prior to the kick-off of the first game each week.
   4a.In weeks with Thursday games, the commisioner may
       accept line-ups of non-Thursday players until the
       kick-off time of first Sat./Sun. game.
   4b.The starting line-up shall consist of the  following:
           1 Defense; 1 Kicker; 1 Quarterback;
           2 Running Backs; and 3 Receivers
   4c.Failure to submit a starting line-up shall result
       in the use of the previous weeks line-up.
   5. Points shall be scored as out-lined at the League Scoring page.
   6. Any player not on a roster maybe acquired as a
       free-agent.
   6a.All free-agent acquisitions will be made on a first
       come basis.
   7. NO acquisitions [except emergency players] or
       trades will be allowed after kick-off of week 13.
   7a.All trades must involve equal number of players
       from each team.
   8. Rosters shall be limited to 15 active players,
       including Defenses.
   8a.Hold-outs and/or injured players must remain on
       your roster or be returned to the Free-Agent pool.
   9. TIE GAMES shall be recorded as such
 10. TIE-BREAKERS - [Record]
           1st     - Head to Head vs other teams in tie.
           2nd    - Total points scored
           3rd    - Coin Flip
 
 
DRAFT ORDER
 
The draft order shall be determined as follows
 Team owners will randomly select a numbered card  1 thru 12
• The owner with the #1 card (Ace) shall select their desired draft position 1 - 12
• The owner with the #2 card shall select their desired draft position from the remaining 11 positions.
• The owner with the #3 card shall select their desired draft position from the remaining 10 positions.
• The owner with the #4 card shall select their desired draft position from the remaining 9 positions.
• The owner with the #5 card shall select their desired draft position from the remaining 8 positions.
• The owner with the #6 card shall select their desired draft position from the remaining 7 positions.
• The owner with the #7 card shall select their desired draft position from the remaining 6 positions.
•  The owner with the #8 card shall select their desired draft position from the remaining 5 positions.
•  The owner with the #9 card shall select their desired draft position from the remaining 4 positions.
•  The owner with the #10 card shall select their desired draft position from the  remaining 3 positions.
•  The owner with the #11 card (Jack) shall select their desired draft position from the remaining 2 positions.
•  The owner with the #12 card (Queen) shall receive the remaining position
•  

EMERGENCY AQUISITIONS  

After kick-off of week 13 only emergency aquisitions will be allowed.
Requests for an emergency player aquisition will be allowed in accordance
with the following conditions.
•         At kick-off of week 13 the franchise had a full compliment of healthy                     players on its roster in regards to the positon needed. (2 QBs, 2 K, at least 3 RBs, and at least 4 Recievers).
•         Due to injuries after week 13, the franchise is unable to field a starting
            line-up
