We offer a unique dining experience that allows
you to get a taste of what food was like, back when. You choose the time
period and we do the rest. We accomplish this by preparing a meal and an
ambiance suitable to the chosen period. Whether the time is the old west,
colonial, medieval or modern, the tastes and smells will make the period
come alive. It might even bring back fond memories of those childhood dreams,
of being a cowboy in the old west or being Gwenevere in King Arthur's court.
If you desire, we'll even serve up the rations of a soldier in the Civil
War (though, I wouldn't recomend this option).
Are you in charge of doing the meal for the family get together in the back yard or at the park? Will this year's kick off meal at the annual camping trip for your trail riding club, in the Gila wilderness, consist of the same old "grub"? Let us help you make this event a unique and memorable dining experience for everyone. We do our best to provide you with the peace of mind that comes from knowing, that even the smallest details haven't been overlooked. Since we do all of the cooking at your site, the food is always hot and delicious when it is served. Our menu options range from an old west chuckwagon meal to a banquet fit for a king, grilled to order steaks with baked potatoes to barbecued beef, pork or chicken with all the trimmings. Don't want the bother and hassles of cooking a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner for the entire family? Why not spend the time with the family and let us do the cooking for you. We work with you to design a meal your guests will talk about for months to come. |
