For more than 40 years, we've worked to provide a quality environment
at an affordable price for men and women 55 and over. We offer important
amenities, like the security of controlled entrances and a 24-hour emergency
call system, meals served twice a day, and more.
Each apartment has a full kitchen and bath. Rent includes all utilities,
except telephone and cable services. Rent also includes housekeeping services
every other week, 10 meals per month and scheduled van transportation.
We provide 24-hour emergency response. With fire safety features, soundproof
construction, and smoke detectors located throughout the building, our residents
and their families and friends feel secure and at ease. |
