Reubin is listed in the 1840 Cobb County, GA, Federal Census, pg. 257, in the 846th District: 30-40 years old, wife 30-40 also, one son 5-10, 2 sons under 5, one daughter 5-10, one daughter under 5. This would give him a birth year between 1800-1810. His birth place is yet to be determined, as no research, at least by me has been done on Reuben. He died between 1847-1850, and his wife, Rebecca, moved back to Hall County with her family.

He is enumerated one page away from Bud (0000001001 - 0000000001) and Ausborn (Osborn) Mullins (112001 - 0021001). Ausborn lists his age as between 30-40 and his wife as 40-50.

Hall County, Georgia, Federal Census lists Reubin Mullins 00001-00001. He is on page 99, family #20. Families on each side of him are William Alred and Elias Alred, Sr.

Also on this same page as family #6 is Thomas Powers with the following enumeration: 20020001-0001001. This is possibly the family of Rebecca Powers who married Reuben in 1829.
